My existing sensors are all the type pictured, but the 3 I received are not the same. They appear to be genuine Xfinity sensors, and did pair with my system, but are much bigger.

Don’t bother asking for XFinity if you need them replaced (we needed replacement after replacing our windows). It is the exact same ones for half the price and it’s super easy to install ! The only thing you’ll need is your XFinity bypass number that you can get through their chat !

One must chat with a Comcast person. The first one told me that I had to schedule a tech to come out and install them. I hung up on that person. The Comcast person I chatted with gave me a 6 hr code that allowed me to connect the new sensors with my alarm system. Worked perfect as long as one doesn’t deviate from the instructions. My only concern is that the magnets on the sensor aren’t super strong. Hope they last in the heat and cold. So far they are working perfect.

Zigbee device used to monitor doors and windows. Connects to Hubitat as a glass break sensor. Magnet is seen up to about half inch away. Range to furthest one is about 50ft, and no signal issues. Bonus - it has an internal thermometer. Might try that inside my freezer just to see what it does.
